I haven't fished Truman, but just based on posts on here I'd say Truman. I have a place on LOZ and I still think about going trying Truman instead, but haven't done it yet.

Fished 3 different arms of LOZ today. Glaize--Gravois --And main lake 2-6mm. All were 52 degrees and very clear. Fishing was tough to say the least. We could have had 2 limits of 9 inch fish but I don't keep anything smaller than 10 so we brought 12 home. All were cuaght in 12-14 fow on brush.
Spawn is nowhere close to being started without some seriously warm weather sustained for awhile. IMO

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
