Thread: drove all the way to Minnesota

Nice! We didn't do much as far as crappie and walleye a few weeks ago in Northern MN but bass and those fish with teeth sure kept us busy. Have fun and enjoy.

I agree! We have one of the best crappie lakes in the nation only a few hrs from any of us in Truman, so if I go to one of the best areas for numbers AND size of walleye, I'd have to focus on them!

Ok,ok, I jagged long enough to catch three crappie today........ And the walleye hunt was on,,, we caught quite a few of them but can't get the size we want. The biggest the entire resort has caught since Saturday has been 16". We are getting a lot of 14 to 16 inch waters tho. Frank I rented a resort boat.
