Will probably go to pb2. Have a 20 ft. camouflage X press with a 115 mercury optimax. Will probably start closer to pb1 if that is where we end up going.

Ok. I put in at Coffman. Fished all my usual haunts between there and the damn. It was very slow. Ran up towards Indian creek and pulled a few. The kid and her boyfriend never caught and crappie. She caught a nice white bass. The boyfriend, caught his first ever in his life fish yesterday. He pulled in a couple baby bass and a couple keeper bass. We didn't catch a lot of fish, but we had a blast. This guy is in his mid 30's and was very, very nervous about that ol bass biting his fingers off. Oh my god I thought I was fall off the boat laughing when my daughter said, "dammit city boy gimme that fish". It was hilarious. Anyways. The bite is slow, water between 51-56 depending on where you are and the sun has burnt my knees. Good luck to ya!

Coffman is out of eldon. Gravois access is pretty far from Osage beach. You could put in at Shawnee Bend and it's about 10 miles or so by lake to the gravois.

Put in at pb2. We had a slow start but got them figured out. A lot of small males and a few good ones on the bank. Caught some bigguns off the bank about 1 to 2 feet down in 6 to 15 feet of water. Biggest was about 14 to 15 inches with a lot around 11 inches. They liked minnows or jigs. Quit on the minnows when we noticed size and or color of jig didn't matter. Even caught a few on a stickbait. Heading home with a limit each for 3 guys.

We did well around PB2 as well. Brush piles in 12-15' were the ticket. Brought back two limits with all but five fish over 10". Blue/white and white/chartreuse slab slayrs were best us. Last pile was loaded and produced 15-20 of our keepers. The others only gave up a couple each.
