Thanks for the report. I just bought some flicker shads and your right they have a great action. I am just starting to try cranking for crappie but I have high hopes for the flicker shad.
I went out for the night bite a few days ago and trolled for about 45 min. I used Berkley Flicker Shads and caught 4 crappie. Everyone talks about Bandits for trolling, which I haven't used yet but I bought a couple the other day, but these Flicker Shads seem to be a great crank. I really liked the action; has a tight wobble but you can def feel your rod thump. They are a little cheaper than Bandits so I thought I'd share. I saw them used on the G3 sportsmen. Cabela's has rebate's on Berkley products thru the 30th I think. By the way the night bite was really slow at the LOZ, don't know what was up with the fish.

We have been selling a ton of them for the walleye here on Truman. We just got in the size 9's and some new colors. We have the 5's, 7's and 9's but the 7's the best sellers by far. I believe JR uses the 7's for crappie and walleye on Stockton. That's who would have been on the G3 Sportsmen show with Scott one pole trolling them.
I trolled them for the first time this week. Tracked nicely great color scheme. Fish were tough but we stuck a few. At almost 1/2 of a bandit I will be trying them more
I have been using them for several years on Mark Twain. Good for crappie and white bass and even the occasional catfish. I've had the best luck on the black/silver in MTL.
I thought you was a minner dunker Archer
I'm headed down to Arkansas Greers Ferry Lake next week and was going to do some trolling also. I was checking my crankbait bag last night to see how many bandits I had left and came across my flicker shad and was thinking that they would work just as good also. I will give you a report when I get back.
What speed do you troll them at?
I use those and have caught some nice fish with them.
