    sorry you got a cold tom you had too many clothes on. i will admit sleet at 60 ain't no fun.thanks jr for helping us out. that guy is something else always got a trick up his sleeve. he is a number 1 guide. i'm ready to go again.

    Your description of the day made me cold but the walleye and crappie looks like they'll make a fine mess so in the end it was worth it....good work fellas.

    Bender it is interesting that you guys had that walleye. I never catch walleye fishing brush piles and yesterday my friend catght one 1/8inch short of a pile in 30ft. I made the comment to him that he caught the 3rd walleye all year from my boat while fishing beds for crappie.

    It has been an odd year for me and Walleye. I did not even catch many shorts this year, maybe 2. I have had 3 keepers in my boat in the last 3 trips off of deeper piles. 1 by JLT, 1 by me, and 1 by Buzzy. I hope this continues!
