I voted for the 20-21 and Crows Creek... there's a sandy banked inlet where you can beach your boat overnight... maybe we could get the loop overlooking the inlet. Have camped on that loop before and enjoyed being able to do a spur of the moment nightstalk. Might be easier to get that loop on the non-tourney weekend.

I'm in for a Smithville camp! Great idea and any of those weekends look good for me right now.

sounds like a good time.i voted crows creek heres a few reasons.for a shore fisherman campers cove is one of the best spots for fishing.if you beach your boat at camp branch the waves from the main lake rock the heck out of your boat.there seems to always be lots of nats at camp branch.the shooting range is right next door to camp branch,it can get annoying.i usually camp most weekends in may so ill be there if a guy like me is welcome.

I better not go. If I put up a tent, you can bank on storms!

The earlier in May the better if you want to fish spawning fish. I've caught spawning fish on Memorial Day weekend, but the closer you get to June the more likely we'll be in a transition pattern.

I'll be there ! Any weekend is fine as long as I'm not working overtime . If I can't spend the night , I'll be there for the festivities and fishing for sure . I'm 10 minutes from Crow's Creek campground .
