Still a bit chilly for that. Try at Roses Bluff or up around the Hwy 43 bridge.
I will be spending the weekend at my sisten-in-law's house on the reservoir this weekend. Her house is on the water just across the causeway on the north shore of Pelahatchie Bay. Is the crappie fishing any good off the causeway along the rocks or at the bridge? Or is the water too muddy/cold?

A bad day fishing is better than a good day working anytime. So says the Perchmaster!!!
right now the lake looks like a cup of coffee...not many people catching fish. there will be a weigh in SAT at 2:30 at Tommy Trading Post on Hwy 43 of the Magnolia Crappie Club...Go see what they bring in this weekend...might not be much so it will give you something to judge yourself on if you can catch a few...if you have a boat get as far away from the Bay as you can and find some cleaner water...
