If he hadn’’t slept in yesterday, he wouldn’t have missed the best fishing weather of the year so far: 62-70 degrees, winds light to none and the fish were snapping. Scale batteries died on me, but I had one two and one close.

May be a bit before I can come back w fish pics - bambi rolling time is upon me, and dear wife has grocery order in for 3-5 deer. May try to pull a combo trip after the 18th though, I can hunt adjacent to lake after that.

No bees these days. Gonnabe is about to finish his stent in Australia for Med school in Dec then in to New Orleans for 2 more years. Gottabe is in Oxford and working for a roofing company and making googlie eyes at a girl.
