I am sure the Denalis are great rods, but that is one reason that I don't pay these ridiculous prices for poles. Maybe I am naive, but a good fiberglass pole is good enough for me. I catch my share of fish, and I have had some days when even a $200.00 pole would not have mattered. This is just my personal opinion. Bottom line, is rods have never been an issue, whether the fish are biting or not.

The warranty clearly states that a rod with a manufacturers defect will be replaced at no charge for the 1st year .... and then they rip you off for a $20 "processing fee"!!! Sure seems like a $20 charge to me no matter what you try to call it.
I won't do business with anyone trying to pull that kind of BS.

Looking for the one that makes it all worthwhile.
Through the years have collected a pretty good bunch of poles. Most all of them have the letters BnM on them.Am a happy/satisfied customer.Never asked to get a tip replaced that I broke.Figured it was my fault it broke.A real good product that I have always enjoyed using including BGJP,PST,POW-R-TROL,Sam Heaton, and others.
Thanks to BnM for a great product.
I'll have to say I do like the looks of the white poles and it is obvious some guys like them a lot considering what they pay for them. For each their own.
Wonder what would happen it the company got overwhelmed with dissatisfied customers?
Saying they are under warranty but a claim will cost you $20 per rod just is not right.

I did not mean to ruffle your feathers John.
I am sure they are good rods that change colors and could have a slightly better warranty....For now I am a happy BnM customer with multiple sets of rods to suit my fishin needs.Having one set for everything would be an advantage...Just like always there is always an opportunity to learn.

I'm not ruffled at all, frankly I have no loyalty to anyone, if I feel the rod is better to fish with I will own it.
Jack Wells and BnM rods is a stable in the crappie industry, a great man running an awesome company that continuely supports the sport in a major way year in and year out.
