    PC, are you saying that what he did was illegal, he just "got caught"? I surely would like to hear the other side of this story. I'm not sure I know how it could make a difference.

    I have heard stories for years about folks who sell crappie, why else would you need multiple limits a day, every day of the week. That is what is killing the resource now.
