The ones I'm talking about came in 1/4 and 3/8 and had a 4/0 hook. Looks like Cabela's still has them but there aren't any Cabela's near me. Neither of the Bass Pros in Memphis have them anymore. I checked Academy and a couple other places too and haven't found them, but Academy does have some with marabou in those sizes.

The ones he made me have red sickle hooks, not sure what size, but they look good. Got pink, orange, and chartreuse heads.
