I have been going to enid.... but I have also wondered about lake washington! Anybody been there lately?
You may want to check out some of the State Lakes in your area. They usually don't have the winter draw downs like the COE lakes do.

I used to fish Whittington more than any other lake before the carp took over, but with Little Mans closed there is no access now. I wish the state would put in a ramp there so we could have year round access. Little Man never opens some years. I heard the river was at 7' too.Originally Posted by G";3531196]Oxbows

I guess Washington is a possibility.

I WOULD think with the 3 to 4 inches of rain we are suppose to get here in north ms in the next few days some of the ramps will be ok..
