    I was wondering if it's legal to keep crappie that's been caught on a trotline. Someone told me that it not legal, but I didn't believe that, because it's legal with a yoyo, and limb lines and jugs lines, so what's the difference. I know somebody knows here.

    I did it a lot when I was younger. Officer checking us out as we pulled fish off the hooks, never said a word.

    As long as you don't hold a commercial fishing license you are good to go.
