The knife I'm using now is an American Angler. I'm not very satisfied with the way this model is designed though. The blade release button is on the top where my thumb wants to be when using it. The gray American Angler is much better IMO. I will only use an American Angler knife though.

I agree totally about the blade release button being right where you need to put your thumb. I bought that same knife off of eBay (shipped from Grizzly Jig) for my son in law because it was supposed to be an American Angler and come with 2 blades. The shark blade that came with this knife is worthless, it looks similar to the real shark blade but it doesn't cut correctly. The knife and blades are made in China. The real American Angler knives are made in Walnut Ridge AR and are great knives. I have the grey one but they discontinued that one. However, my next one will have to be the Pro model, a little expensive but I think AA knives are worth it. But don't buy this one.
