What will you be using to power the boat? Trolling motor with foot pedal, ipilot, outboard?

I'd go over to ezpoleholder.com and take a look at the spyderlok's and see which style will suit you best.

First year I ever pulled cranks for crappie....we held the rods in our hands....our old bass fishing rods. We caught crappie all summer. Try it like that and see if you like it before you spend a lot of money.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

That sounds good, and probably what we'll do,but i'm still interested in getting at least one nice multi rod holder for my boat, preferably one where i don't have to drill.
