    Default Arkabutla lodging advise

Was thinking about trying Arkabutla but no idea on lodging. What's close with boat friendly lot, lighted well and plug for charging? Then how about where to get minners? Just looking at map if I was wanting to use a boat ramp on east side stay in Hernando? And if use a boat ramp on west side of lake best stay around Tunica?? Take any info, thanks.

Not sure of the safety of your boat and gear at the motels here or really anywhere.
You could get a motel room in Southaven/Horn Lake, store your boat at my house, plug it in over night.
Tunica, it would be one of the casino hotels. The minnows at Outfitters, hwy 301 and hwy 304 don't last very long.

We have a new hotel across the street from Wal-mart on the east side of I-55 that is nice and safe. A Hampton Inn. There are also a couple of less expensive hotel around the corner. Hernando is basically one busy street where you will find all options. Commerce Street. It deadends basically at Wal-Mart east of the interstate.

Also, as long as your fishing supplies; i.e. rods, tackle box are secured, you shouldn't have issues in Hernando. I would be much more worried about leaving my truck closer to Memphis in Southaven or Horn Lake.

The thieves around Hernando aint looking for fishing stuff. Atleast the ones who broke in my truck and stole several items were not .
