It's amazing how quick that lake jumps, good luck hunting Steve and Happy Thanksgiving.
Been looking at the lake gauge on Butla and it rose 8 ft. from 210ft.over a week ago to 218ft. after the rain and pretty sure it is as muddy as it can get along with this major cold front that will continue for the rest of the month along with more rain in the 10 day forecast and freezing temps. The spillway might be the best bet or go hunting.Hope things stabilize maybe next month.National Weather Service Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service

Not to worry. Butla always moves up and down quickly. Gonna be a short hunt I predict. Might try Nader. They've been doing good there as of late.
