    looks too complicated to me.. I can filet one just as fast or faster with my electric knife. and they always make things look easier on video!!!

    Fillet the fish with a knife, then use another contraption to skin it?......... I'll pass. Doesn't look like it will hold a fat Ms fish anyway.
