Welcome from Collinsville, just north of Meridian. I can't help you on where to go down there. You might need to get a LA sac-a-lait liscense.
I just joined, hopin to get some info about where to crappie fish in south MS. I moved from north MS. Arkabutla Lake was my backyard for 20 years & I'm definately gonna miss it! I'm really enjoyin learnin the saltwater thing, but... There's no substitute for a deep fryer full o Crappie! I live south of I-90, so I know I'll have to drive a bit, but I don't know the first hole to try! I'd really appreciate some hints & holes! Maybe even GPS coordinates? Thanks in advance to all of yall, I can already see that there's lotsa help & info on this forum! I guess I need to mention that I'm so far south that I launch in Graveline Bayou across the street & it's 20 min to the Gulf of Mexico with No Wake.

Mississippi Crappie and Alabama football...Life is good.
Thanx, JR. Looks like it's right on the LA/MS line? By West, do you mean the part west of the Wildlife Refuge, actually in LA? How much are outta state liscences over there? Imma find a better map than google, LOL!
Hey scanman, shoot hunter7711 a PM. He just moved to MO from Picayune. He fished the East Pearl and a few other places down there. He might be able to tell you something. I know he did have a non-resident LA liscense.
