    Looking at radar right now and It's fixing to come a flood. From what I've been told about Butla, it rises FAST so it may be 4 or 5 feet higher in a couple days

    Reports from some of the hometown folks said the lake is on the rise. The crankbaiters are gonna have to get them some shallow runners for sure though.

    The lake is low it is on the rise it is safe to boat on but if you act stupit and drive a boat like you stole it your going to have a bad day so this is not a big money tourney take it slow I know the lake pretty good and have found my self on a few mud bars here lately.
    Now as for the reports of catfish and gar I haven't had problems with them and the hogs are in this lake I promise you that.
    If the fish aren't bitting just remember your not at work ! :D
