I know the FJ rules say something about following all Federal, State, and local laws. If you follow through with this plan I would expect the FJ committee to disqualify you and ask you not to come back.
If this is how you truly see it, it's probably best to let Major be the one to continue the discussions with the Corps about the rules that you plan to break.

My 2 cents is until I have the discussion with Artie Huff we dont know exactly what rules we will be exspected to follow. I will meet with Artie Wednesday morning as planned and report to Major.
You asked the question and I didnt and wont lie about it. Dont know of anyone else that has fished a COE lake that threw back cull fish in one of our FJ's but if I am exspected too then everyone else better be following suit.

I believe he is referring to the Corps' that Major posted on the thread "Corps Lake Rules".

you guys that are at the MCC tourney this coming weekend, Ask around and see what they're doing. See if they keep and kull just the 7 fish. SOme will but most won't

If it is like last year, with that big jump in water a day or 2 before the tourney, we might not have to worry about catching OVER the limit. Might just be praying to catch a limit!!!
