    Default Played Hookie Today


    Skipped out on work today to finally get my boat in the water over at Woods:p. Only got in about an hours worth of fishing before my trolling motor started acting up. Still had 5 decent sized fished and lost a couple. Water temps at 60 degrees, fish in any where from 5 to 15 ft.

    we went this evening and chased the green fish......We ended upwith 5 keeps and about 8 slicks.....

    i hear ya chris,the nice weather and all the good reports i'm hearing,makes me feel like i've got a case of anal glaucoma (can't see my butt being at work) coming on.sat. looks like a good day to fish.

    Im going to force myself to fish woods friday to try to find fish.....Seems like the deeper jig bite is on and I cant stand that technique.....Let me rephrase, Im gonna start out on Woods but if the bite aint on Im going to Tims real quick like.....

    Motor was no problem to fix just some loose wires. Looking forward to meeting you guys tonight at the meeting.
