Default Crappie on Old Hickory or Priest

    Hey All,

I am new here and looking for some information about Crappie on Old Hickory or Percy Priest. I have had no luck finding the crappie.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Chuck

Both of these lakes receive a huge amount of fishing pressure. The fish are there and they like to eatThumbs Up. Invest in a good conturer map and if you have the money a sonar unit. After that it's going to take time to devolpe knowledge of the lakes. My general rule of thumb since my return to fishing this year is to fish where noone else is (or was 10 minutes before I got there). Have I filled the livewell everytime I go? No. Have I had some all you can eat Crappie dinners? Yes :p!
