Angry Common courtsey or lack there of

Being that we are in the volunteer state and are supposed to display southern hospitality I want to start a thread for common courtesy while at the lake.I dont know if people dont know or down care or just need to be reminded of what everybody should have been taught when they were a child. And I know some of these have been beaten to death but I will start.
    1. Have all you stuff in the boat and ready to launch when you back down the ramp.
2If someone is needing help at ramp either driving or holding boat go ahead and help them heck you are gonna be waiting anyway.
3.Be nice to older couple trying to launch or load cause with any luck you will be that way someday.
4 And a new one that happened to me today,DO NOT run your boat up to a marker buoy that someone has just put in the water (and I mean closer than 3 feet)and look at depth finder to see what it is marking and probably getting GPS coordinates.
5 And if you do number 4 at least have enough respect for the other fisherman that put the buoy out and is only 25 feet away not to throw the throttle down and plow the water around the buoy.

    Default Disrespect

Sorry you had that happen. That's why God made 1oz sinkers on a different pole. Jerks abound. I drifted across Toby's last yeear or so and didn't mean to. Meant to miss it, felt dumb as a rock at the time. I've heard of it happening a bunch. No respect.

    Default Saw something nice

I am really sorry that I marked your spot and ran over your marker! I thought it was mine from last trip and I was just checking the GPS to make sure that it had not moved far. I saw some nice activity on Woods this last Saturday as well. I got to go after the storms for a little while in the afternoon. I launched at Morris Ferry and watched a guy unload a limit of crappie into his waiting buddies cooler on the launch ramp and then his buddy went home and this guy went back out fishing. the type of boat was very easy to spot and I saw him about an hour later still hauling in and keeping fish. I guess he did not read about the guys in Chattannoga that got busted. He sure did have a nice boat and if that thing has been confiscated the TWRA could have built us some nice docks with the proceeds from that. I did run into FH on the lake and he was near the guy overharvesting. We only had 3 keepers that day and 2 came from shallow water about 5 foot deep and the other was 40' deep. It was a great day after the storms left and Sunday was even better. Went to Normandy on Sunday and caught 12 out of Brians hole but only 3 keepers this day as well.

Sounds like some of these Percy Priest idiots have moved down yalls way.I see and deal with that alot on Priest. My newest complaint is if the ramp is wide enough for 2 vehicles have respect for other people and dont go down in the center of the ramp.So everyone else is waiting on you.Had a man with a new pontoon the other day do that guess what I done I backed right down on him I was so close I couldnt open the door to get my fat butt out and he just looked at me like he was about to kill me.Oh did I mention I was in my ugly chevy truck and he was in a real nice Cadillac Escalade....lol...I just begged him to get smart with me but he didnt.
