Where is gun lake, I live in the downriver area near Detroit, but will travel, I have a buddy that likes to fish also, can anyone point me to some decent areas to fish? Thanks in advance.

Gun Lake
Gun lake is just south of Grand Rapids. That's a pretty good day trip from Detroit area. There are a few guys on your side of the state that have been posting some good catches over there. Slabsrus, Mmaveal are a couple of them.
