Ralphie is a buddy of mine. Actually has been to a crappie camp back in Cadillac a few years ago.

They head up to Houghton lake every winter for a long weekend of fishing. He is a great guy and would give the shirt off his back to anybody that needed it.

Volunteers his father's day to coordinating and working the fish cleaning station at the Walleyes for Warriors event every Father's day weekend. He is really good friends with my old neighbor from Lansing.

Ralph also makes a MEAN Walleye Chowder, that was originally a Salmon brew. He modified it for Walleye, and the rest is history. That Chowder is a much talked about food source at the annual Salmon Outing @ Muskegon every year.

One year, Rylee, while home one leave at something like about 5 bowls. Here is a Photo of Ralphs Chowder.

This is Ralph with his Chowder. This picture was taken and sent to Rylee while he was in Afghanistan.

& Just to pick on my Son who was for sure hungry, we let the Dog lick clean all the bowls......
    He LOVES that stuff.

Boat as of last week was in its final stage so delivery is near

If their anything like Lund, they will ship boat with multiple others headed for delivery this way to get more bang for the buck. You can never be to picky about what you want and pay for, can't wait to see her and how it performs!!!!

Maybe you can, but Ralph CANT, he has given it to others often. I have a copy of it somewhere as well.
The only thing's holding me back from making it is the Shrimp, and lack of Walleye. I was going to make some up, and substitute Crappie for the Shrimp, so I could eat it too........

I suppose I could remove the Shrimp altogether, and and use all Crappie?

It does work for crappies. I've done it a couple of different ways with both fish and it works great. Cheeks work the best for walleye chowder!
