Pot Luck Information
In order to avoid the possibility of getting 20 pies and no "meat and potatoes" for our Pot Luck, please post a general idea of what you might plan to bring.
It doesn't have to be the exact thing you will bring as I realize this is a long time away to plan for preparing something. Just a general idea. This will give others a chance to look and maybe come up with something a little different. Examples could be: desert, Potato salad, pasta salad, vegetables and dip, chips and salsa, crackers and cheese, ETC... (although I do like Pie, Pecan if possible!!)
Wicklundrh- Crappie fillets, Salad of some kind.
Doodler/Cakelady- Hush puppies, black bean salsa/chips
Crappe1/2- Mac n cheese, condiments for fish
Ashman- Taco salad
Flytier/Dar- Baked beans/Jalapeno suprise
Rachel- Pasta salad

Can you ask Sandy if she will make the two different Fish condiments she made for the last event? One was a tarter sauce but the other had some kind of mustard in it. It was my favorite!!

My parents are bringing onion rings, jalapeņo popers, and breaded mushrooms, and our deep frier to cook them on.
