    Clean the needle and seat and Adjust the float. Check the float for pinholes and gas inside it. This can happen with age. Also make sure the float is adjusted properly.

    I put a new needle and gaskets in it. The needle seems to come down too far, causing it to not go up straight when trying to re-install it.
