As mentioned earlier, no kinks, no blockage in overflow. Also no screen, it's a wide open 1" drain with a straight hose about 2 1/2' long to fitting on transom. Overflow plumbing has been tested, with water and pulling a rag thru it

According to ranger I have the correct pump. They say no reason to change it. There was a very slight dip in drain hose, they think that is enough to cause problem. I don't believe it, will find out Sunday

It would be nice if you could get reimbursed for your fuel, too/from the lake, for each unsuccessful trip.

yeah that would be nice, but it seems that they don't want to admit that there's something wrong here

back and forth to dealer too. takes 5 hours of my day to go there and back. My dealer is trying hard to correct issue, but can't find a cause. Ranger says they have no reports of anyone else having this problem. Either they are hiding it, or I have a one of a kind problem

Boat has been back to dealer. Only thing they found was a very slight dip in overflow hose. Haven't had a chance to try it yet after moving hose

Did you ever get this issue solved? If so, what was the solution?

Not all of them. I finally moved spare tire, doesn't come loose now, handles on storage still come loose. Livewell wasn't actually the cause of water in boat. It's hard to explain but I wasn't getting the plastic drain plug tight enough. I'm still not convinced the motor is propped correctly. Seems very lazy getting on plane
