I would run the 17 pitch 3 blade...Its the one thats keeping you in the right RPM range to protect your motor. And it looks like its doing a good job at 37 mph. And I like stainless better.
I have a new Honda bf75 motor.
2 props
1 is a stainless 3 blade 17pitch, runs at 37 mph, 5400 rpm
Other is 4 blade aluminum 15 pitch, runs at 37 mph, 6100 rpm
Does this make sense?
Which should I use?
Honda WOT is rated between 5000&6000 rpm
Thanks

I agree with G , but would add one maybe. I would run the aluminum if I was carrying a heavier load than normal for a better hole shot. The taller props have a hard time getting out of the hole with a lot of weight. I too favor stainless.

I like to be in the upper end of my RPM range (but NOT over it).
Most guys, when going from an aluminum prop to stainless tend to pitch down (going from 17 to 15) to make up for the weight of the prop.
My bet would be you "might" get a different outcome with a 16 pitch prop. That said, I think the difference would be negligable.
I do know that certain companies have "prop days". they bring several props to the water and allow you to test them on your boat out on the water. It is a great way to find that exact perfect setup for your boat.
In your situation, I would stick with the 17 pitch. I just don't like going over the recommended RPM range. Plus, I prefer stainless
