Try pumping the primer bulb while it's having problems. If that fixes it, try a new bulb.

The primer bulb is not suppose to stay firm while the motor is running. But it is not suppose to collapse. Once the motor is running it is under a vacuum because the fuel pump is sucking fuel thru it.

U can also try changing out the fittings on your fuel hose any constriction / failure on the fittings is a common culprit of this problem.

While running the motor under load when it stars to bog down slowly pull on the choke to cut back on the air flow, if it picks up some what a fuel restriction in the high speed jet is the problem, the jet is in the bottom of the float bowl and all thge crap winds up on the bottom of the float bowl.

If the spark tester is newer, it probably has a gap for a high voltage spark like an electronic ignition provides.

Going with the fuel idea, if you haven't replaced your fuel line in a couple of years, you need to. The ethanol in the fuel will take out a fuel line and cause more problems than you would think. Mine was new 2 1/2 yrs ago and I had to replace it last fall. My 150 acted the same as you describe. DON"T buy it from wal mart.
