    Default How to install tilt-trim?

I cannot lift my 80 horse mercury motor to get out of the water due to weak shoulder's, and I want to install a tilt-trim package. Just how difficult is this to do? I am somewhat mechanically inclined, somewhat, and would like to save afew bucks doing this myself. Any suggestions, and maybe you can recommend a particular model to install. Tks.....

CMC makes a pretty good cost effective one. The pt 135. Think its around $500-$600 if I remember right. I have had mine 3 years and no issues. Easy to install on boat bit check the bolt pattern on your motor and the speck sheet from CMC you may have to buy an adapter as well.

    Hey Sir,
I have one that I took off a tornado damge boat. Its like new. Harness and relays are with it. All you need is a momentary switch. Here's the link. Hydraulic Trim & Tilt. Fits up to a 135 hp or 235 pounds.
    God Bless
