I have a truck (Tundra) and it has fuses just for the trailer lights. If you have fuses like that, check those. If that is not the case, my experience has been it is almost always a ground problem...usually a rusted connection on the trailer frame. Three years ago I ran ground wires from the front of the trailer to each individual light. Plus I put on LEDs. Have not had a problem since. Good luck. Trailer lights are a pain.

I got it all working!! Had a bad ground. Put the grinder with a wire wheel to it. I have a 05 trailblazer. I did buy a tester to hook up to the vehicle, all was good. Thank you all for the help! Greatly appreciated. Will try it out on the road on friday, heading to the lake.
