    Default 90hr merc 04

I have a 90 hr merc that runns just fine at slow speed, but when you get on it, it will run like crap. the motor is up and down not a even run. if i have someone in the boat to pump the ball it will get up and go, so I know that it is not getting enough gas. I have done a few things but nothing works. thanks to anyone that can help.

sounds like it is sucking air into the line....had that happen before....check all hoses and the pump bulb for pinholes and small cracks....

If your fuel lines are good rebuild the fuel pump.

Agreed on replacing the fuel lines and priming bulb first with quality components. A dry rotted fuel line plagued me this summer and was creating a small air leak and I could till barely see the crack with the line removed. Still having to manually pump the bulb to get it to run smooth at mid-full throttle? Fuel pump.
