    Default No running lights?

Had to get a new harness for the truck, and I don't have something right. I have brake lights, turn signals, but no running light. I know its not the trailer, I hooked it up to my work truck and everything works fine. I have a Chevy, and thought the brown wire was the lights, but maybe I'm wrong, and it doesn't help being colorblind. Any suggestions?

Some trucks have separate fuses for trailer lights. Brown is for running lights.

The fuse is in a box under the hood. Look in your owners manual.

What year model truck is it? Is you trailer a 4-wire system?

You probably have a fuse in your truck for your trailer lights. It may be blown

Got it figured out, I had the brown wire hooked to a red wire. Had to have the wife come out and tell me which color was which. I would be a terrible electrician.

    Thanks guys
