Lightbulb Icing on the "cake" ....

Having the "perps" have to apologize - Icing on the Cake !! Now - the only thing I can think of, that would be "sprinkles" on the icing -- would be if the Officer made them leave the lake, for the day.

I'll never understand why jet skiers, tubers, water skiers, and boat riders - always seem to want to "play" in front of an audience of anglers - the one group of people that don't really appreciate the waves/wakes and noise. I understand that they have as much right to the waterways, as we do .... and I understand that, on smaller bodies of water, there's only so much room for either pleasure. But, it seems to occur just as often, on larger bodies of water. They don't seem to want to go out on the main lake, where there's countless acres of open water to rip & run in .... they seem to want to stay up in the creeks and near the angling population. If it was me ... I'd have a map of the lake, a depth finder, and go where the wide open spaces were. If I fell off the skis ... I'd expect to get a "lakewater enema" - but, at least I wouldn't have to worry about getting a proctology exam, with a tree branch !! ............ cp

I did not realize this but Missouri has passed a law on the water saying that you cannot operate your watercraft within 50 feet of another watercraft with the main engine running!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------That should also keep them out of a cove after it narrows to 50 ft. I hope Missouri has started a trend.

I sure hope Tennessee hops on that bandwagon! I've been sorely tempted to put a slingshot in the boat and take a little target practice!!!!!!!!!!! (A bb gun would work too but I'm trying to be nice!)

Good Deal! It's about time they put a stop to the insanity. I was checked 2 years ago in Tennesse twice by the same warden in 2 differant weeks . He never checked my livewell but wanted to see my safety equipment both times. The second time we talked to him he was telling us about the big fines there if they caught underage kids operating a jet ski. I believe he told us the parents were fined $2500.00 .Ouch!
