I'd like to fish again with my Dad, just not competitively. He wasn't much for that, but loved to fish.
I like my present partner, my 10 year old son Nick. He's a great fisherman and we're just getting going in the competitive side.
I've built a lot of memories and hope to build more, so one day he'll answer this same question with me as his partner. :D

I really enjoyed the times that my wife's late Grandpa and I fished together. I'll never forget the first time I took him spiderriggin'. He said he ain't never seen such a mess!![EEK!](https://www.crappie.com/crappie/images/smilies/eek.png)
I'm a big user of YUM products and would really like to fish with Todd Huckabee some day. That's one guy that I really wish would write a book or make some DVDs some day. His tactics are always neat to read about.

I'd have to say my grandpa - he taught me to hunt and taught me to fish, took me fishing every chance he got, and I would love to have him back for a fishing trip so I could return the favor.
Since that's not reality, I'm gonna stick to my two best fishin' buddies - My wife and son. After my grandson gets a little bit older (just turned 1), he'll be one of my three best fishin' buddies.
