I feed my carcasses to the channel cats off my dock. They love them

I put the carcasses in a bucket, fill it with water and let it set overnight. Then I water my plants with it. Keeps the dog from digging up my plants.

That is just the opposite of here. My dogs love eating fish carcasses, as do the cats and chickens. For this reason, we have a fence around the garder.

But fish makes awesome fertilizer, yes.
