Water temps are 37-39 degrees right now and i have been pitching my minnow head spinners to schooling fish and have been doing well the key is a slow retrieve.

that's really amazing , we can't get them to just barely touch a jig here unless it is absolutely dead still . a tiny flick will send them off like a rocket , never say ever is the word .....
