    Default Water … need water

But we still had a good day. Took my dad for his first trip to the river since his hip replacement. What a way to test everything out, as he said, with the water so low. You find all the stumps, logs and everything else that is usually buried in the deep. Put in at 7:00 and took out at 4:30. He would never admit it but we stayed too long. I suggested a couple of times that it might be time to head back but he was determined to fish one more spot, one more tree top, and so it went until he finally said, well taking out in the dark won’t be any fun so I guess you can take me back to the landing. He will be sore tomorrow but he said it was better than his normal physical therapy

Awesome. I’m sure he really enjoyed getting out and doing something different. Hated to leave means he needs more therapy like that! Good job and catches.

Personally I like your Dad already. You can't get the time back and I would guess He liked the company He was with very much too. Thanks for the ride along. I do stuff all the time that I know I will pay a price for, to me it's called "Living".
