Default Filleting with a manual knife

Not a real good video but old one made by a cousin . I use a manual knife to get everything including rib meat . I have done it in a minute flat but slowed down to show my cousins . Rib bones removed and actually pull to avoid bone points sticking out on rib cage . Big one like these are a little slower .

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

Great work. I still use a manual knife as well but I am nowhere as quick.

Yep, good video. I always have problems on the second side. Any suggestions?

I have never seen a fresh water fish cleaned that way. Thanks for sharing. Good looking fish.

    Great skills there !
I’m sticking with my electric knife.
I would surely cut myself if I attempted that kind of speed with a straight blade.
