I’ve lost a couple that still hurt some and have two great ones now, both rescues. No amount of money could get em away from us. Good luck with the new pup. Keep the training fun for her and she’ll do almost anything you can think of.

Look up the story of Skidboot. Wonderful dog story.

    Great pup!
Sounds very smart and I hope a fishing partner. My Hank won’t get in the truck so zero hope of boat dog.
    He is also a rescue.
    Thanks for sharing.
    Always enjoy your post.

She checked out with the vet. Nothing abnormal other than I was feeding her too much. Seventeen weeks 30 pounds. Then we took her around to see people and their dogs and a nice long hike through the woods. She does pull, but was getting the hang of things after a bit.

Thank you guys for the compliments.
Maybe they will bite this one……

She's definitely a cute one. They become part of the family. Just like kids. Just wish I could get mine to quit barking at everything. Gets a lil annoying. Can't take take her anywhere. She barks at everybody.

Does the kid or the dog do the barking? Just wondering.

Sorry. Just had to ask because my three daughters always made me feel like I was in an aviary when they were young and going at each other.
