Favorite rod for live scope

What's the situation? Very open ended question. I've literally caught them using my hand to hold the line directly under the boat when fish have swam under me, to casting to 60ft, at depths from just barely under the surface to 55ft deep, in water from 3ft deep to 56ft deep.

I fish from a kayak so my rod lengths are lower but love the ACC 7'6" and the B&M diamond 8' for livescope fishing

Well catching crappie with my hands is totally not going to happen but jigging from a boat with Livescope will be the method from 1-30’.

I use a 6’ HH Dockshooter. I’ve tried several other rods and this one casts better for me than any of the others.

I currently use two ACC 13ft Crossovers as my most versatile approach to vertical if they'll let me, to 40-45ft, no matter the depth. I've got a 16ft HH Tsunami for the same applications but I dont usually pitch as much with it. I try to use it mostly in vertical form if they'll let me. I've got a cheap 7ft blank I'll use to cast occasionally, but I dont like it. Also some 11ft ACC rear seat rods that rarely see any water time but I have used them to cast, thought it hurts my forearm after a while.

Should be picking up new Southern Crappie Rods that are coming out. They've made it to the country, and he should be picking them up this weekend. I've got two 14's preordered and think I'm going to grab a 10' to cast with if he's got extras. If they're as good as the prototypes, I doubt anything in the current line-up but the 16' Tsunami will see use anymore.

Not yet,working 2 jobs at the moment so i hsvent got to fish.Put in my 2 week notice so it wont be much longer and i will get to try it out.

Thanks for the reply, 2 jobs will turn a young man into an old man in a hurry. How does the Ghost compare in weight to other rods you've handled?
