There is this new type of powder paint called Stardust that is supposed to be extremely durable. Also the application is extremely easy with no baking afterwards. I haven’t used any but Takeum has used some.

X2 with the stardust,,, this stuff is amazingly easy to use and it’s stronger then nails because it rubber,,, all you need is a torch or a heat gun,,, heat the jig for several seconds, then dip it in the powder,,,, stick on eyes before it cools and your done,,,,no baking,,, no nothing,,, just go fishing,,,, great stuff…here’s a picture of a jig I did tonight in the Stone camo color,,,,

Yeah,,,this really isn’t what I’d consider a powdercoat,or a polish. ,,more like a plastic dip coating,,,,heating the jig just makes it stick, then melts and it smooths out so it looks nice,,,I wouldn’t suggest putting it on your nails unless you like hot plastic on your skin,,burns for a long time….ouch!
