A small dot of super glue should fix it right up. You could also try squeezing the eye slightly to close it
I have been going to smaller and smaller straight braid for single pole over brush. Love fishing it, only issue is it can slip right through the little tiny gap at the back of the jig eye. Had several nice fish make a quick turn and the jig come right off.
I generally prefer unpainted jig heads. Is there a quick easy way to seal that little eye gap up. I thought about trying brush on super glue. Just don’t want to mess up and seal the whole eye.
Thanks

I also will not buy a jig head with a gap. Years ago I started getting all my jig heads out of Japan not only for the hooks that are as sharp as a hypo needle but they have no gaps. I use lines that are as small as 0.070mm.

Needle nose (multi tool) here also. And if the eye is painted a light squeeze with the pliers will bust the paint to get the line though as well
