Two things I’d do is check with Honda about the tow capacity of the car, especially if it’s an automatic transmission. If it’s a standard, my thought is that you could get away with it if you used your head and didn’t get carried away.
The second is to pose this question to Slab. He’s a pretty smart guy about cars. He’s been around four cylinders for a minute and might have a good answer or tell you where to get the info you need.

I don't think you will have a problem at all. A 14ft aluminum boat with a 15hp outboard is not very heavy at all.

Shouldn't be an issue. Keep it under the towing capacity of teh Honda. The real challenge is at teh ramp. Keep the tires on the ground and dry.

Knew a fella that towed a bay type aluminum voat around with a Yugo. Towed it just fine. Didn't have much luck pulling it back up a steep ramp.

One thing for sure check the condition of your frame where your hitch system attaches.

john boats don't weight much , if it ain't long trips it will likely be fine
like stated the ramp might be an issue , "might" let a lil air out of the front tires if the ramp is really steep to get some grip , just saying ......

On that thought about steep ramps, it wouldn’t hurt to keep a section of reasonably stout rope with ya in case you need a little help.
