Hey Ed, that's a GREAT idea. A page or part of your website for monster crappie pics. A special elite club where pics and stories of crappie catches, say over 2.5 or 3 pounds are posted.

Congrats, Falcon Smitty, couldn't have happened to a nicer of more deserving guy, (unless it happened to me! <bog>) Seriously I want the kind of luck that someone else (maybe KK?) had where he found some many crappie that the bottom of his graph went black. Now that's the kind of luck I'm looking for this weekend. Or even if I could just catch a nice mess of crappie.

Anyway, great fish. It will look great mounted. If you caught it on a jig, why not have it mounted with the jig hanging out the corner of its mouth? Now, if you caught it on a minnow, you might not want to hang the minnow out of its mouth. The minnnow might get odorous!

No nibble. I took Jerry's advice, I use cod liver oil gelcaps. Just pierce it with a hook and squeeze it on.
