Default Yes another night drooling over rods.

Folks I cannot make my mind up. Many have recommended the BnM rods. Then some the ACC crappie stick. Unable to see it local so not sure about it just don't care for the green cor. I quickly stopped at bass pro and seen several crappie maxx rods then seen a BnM sharpshooter and loved the full cork handle. Regarding the bnm sam heaten sensitive rod, I seen online one full cork but not yet in person. Still seeking recommendations. Ugly stick gx2 didn't disappoint today but would sure love to experience the ultra sensitivity from a better rod.Name: 20220416_090956.jpg

While I was at Walmart today I cruised thru the sporting goods department and noticed they had the 7ft Sam Super Sensitive rods for $35. I had not seen them in Walmart for about 5 years. It's a very nice rod for the money.

I saw one the other day. Had I not been covered up in rods and reels I would have grabbed one

I think the new 7’ one is split grip. The longer rods have full cork handles I believe.

I have both ACC and BnM. Love BnM and still have some, but they don’t seem to have a good all around rod. They are either sensitive, lightweight, or have good backbone. But never have all 3. ACC has a good mix of all 3. Lightweight, sensitive and excellent backbone. If I had to pick only 1, I’d go with ACC. But if you can get away with 2 or 3, I’d get one of each. BnM are better for the light bites. IMO.

The Dobyns colt series is the entire mix , if you have not used one and like a rod that covers it all you just dont know ....
