I am grateful that I was able to meet you a few years ago. Slab, I am so sorry for your loss buddy, I know you two were great friends.

I saddens me to tears over this. David was such a great friend to me. We chatted Saturday, and he was excited about coming home today. I've had alot of trouble getting on here to type this, as it breaks me up. Over all the years i've known him, we have at least texted every day, and shared many, many pictures and Jokes.
Its been my honor over the years to share his boat, and share mine with him, as well as camping with him. I know the years that separated us were not the many, but he was like the Grandfather to me that i never had. He always had that certain kind of advise that you ALWAYS listen too.
I've know David well enough to know exactly where he is right now, and thank Jesus above for holding a spot open for me to fish with him again someday.
See you soon buddy. For you David, Mathew 4:19 !
