Way too much over the years. And it gets worse as I get older.
I've spent quite a bit on fishing related things during my lifetime so far.
However, not nearly as much as I have on Firearms. And like many, one of my greatest fears is that when I die, my wife will sell my Firearms for what I told her I've paid for them.
I spent plenty on elecronics but little on baits . Not the color or brand of bait but putting it where the fish can see it ! This is my opinion and I am sticking to it .
Too much.......My fish are down to $753.89 per pound.

I spend a lot fishing, but I spend more time in AR Duck hunting. I think a Mallard was running me about $1500 a piece last yr, and I killed a lot of ducks. Fish aren’t near as bad.

My entire life savings!! Haha. Naw man. I’m 30 years young. Been fishin since I was a kid, and adding to my tackle box every since. Buying better and more equipment as life takes me down the road. Gas is my major fishing cost. 175 hp drinks good bit of gas. And truck drinks it too. Sometimes I spend 60 bucks a trip. Sometimes if I go close to
home it’s 10 bucks. I just buy extra tackle and equipment as I go. Also a good finder is money well spent. Just bought a carbon 12 and it was money well spent
I think I got over $300 invested in a Lee lead pot and lead molds. Just to pour a 20 cent jig head the way I like it.
I used to play golf. Anybody in the market for a set used blades. I only used a small spot on the clubs about the size of a dime.

Most expensive fish you’ll ever eat is the ones you catch
